Policies

Pricing Policy:

• If a buyer purchase a piece from a designer located in the same production and storage jurisdiction, the country value-added tax (VAT) is included in the price of the piece.
• If a buyer purchases a piece from a designer located in a different jurisdiction/country, no value-added tax (VAT) will be added to the price, but the buyer will have to pay customs and excise duties as a part of the shipping price

Cancellation and return policy:

• In case a buyer wishes to return a piece, Exil Collective must be notified by mail to info@exilcollective  within 2 days of successful delivery, and hand over the design piece to the shipping provider before the right of return expires.
• The cost of return shipments is paid by the buyer. A return label will be issued by DHL, the delivery partner of EXIL, and the price of the product(s) except return shipping costs will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days after we received the design piece.
• We do not accept returns on made-to-order items.
• Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
• Our couriers do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
